CPU cooler for Q8400

I'm planning to buy new CPU cooler for Q8400 to overclock it to 3.8ghz (and if i can reach 4ghz with this chip it'll be neat). Now i don't know which cooler is sufficient to cool this chip to normal temps while fully stressing it with prime (normal temps till like 60celsius). I don't know if i should spend 60 or 70 euros for some high end cooler(I've been thinkin to buy one of these but i'm thinkin it might be overkill in cooling for this CPU since its quite old :D) or 30 to 40 euros for some middle end cooler. Also referring to "high end cooler" i mean by air coolers only :)

If you're willing to sink that much into a good air cooler and have the space for it, then the Noctua NH-D14 seems be the king of that price range, personally I'd go for the excellent price/performance Coolermaster Hyper 212-EVO.

what about this new cooler master TPC 812... It beats H80 and TPC 812 is air cooler should i wait for it? :)

3 words - "Heatpipe" "Direct" "Touch" - The Xigmatek's heatpipes directly touch the processor. The (laugh) $70 Coolermaster doesn't have this very important feature. Did I mention the Xigmatek is $22? Just be sure to grab the bracket that goes along with it for an extra $10, it makes swapping easier.

As far as i remember TPC 812 has that as default feature :)
