What to do or who to complain to outside Charter/BBB?

Hey folks, a little advice is appreciated. I've had serious on and off again connectivity issues with Charter. I have a long history of these problems cropping up 3-4 times per year. But each time, the company becomes increasingly more difficult to deal with.

This time, their area supervisors are flat out lying and this makes is very difficult to get anywhere in the company. What I mean is, they came out and hooked up their laptop next to mine, and because on some speed tests the results were slightly better, it must be my computer. Still, any fool could see the speed tests sticking and very slow upload speeds on their computer as well. But, they have lied in their reports and now it's my computers fault.

So that's why I need someone outside Charter, and outside the BBB to complain to...or some suggestions on how to deal with this internally.

so they told everythings is ok but in real world their connection is bad and they point that its from your computer.
why dont you let some people from other department that need connection to test it too so if its bad you may have "third people" that support your condition to do any claim, not just you

Sorry for the misunderstanding...yes, that's right...they are blaming my PC...which of course isn't the case at all.

You know one thing that might work? Be a pain in their ass. Make them keep coming out, keep calling them like everyday, ask to talk to a supervisor constantly, etc.

I had problems with my cable modem disconnecting randomly and intermittently. There were 5 techs out here over the course of a couple of weeks. They finally got fed up with me and sent a supervisor out. He replaced my modem (for the 4th or 5th time) and said my problem was that the old modem no longer worked with their system. The techs had been replacing my incompatible modem with the same incompatible versions over and over. Problem has been fixed for 5 years now.
