I'm thinking about buying the COOLER MASTER HAF X RC-942-KKN1 and was wondering if there were any thoughts on if this motherboard will fit the ASRock Z77 OC Formula LGA 1155 Intel Z77 with a full water cooling set up

It's a "standard" ATX Motherboard, no issues there. The HAF-X is a full sized tower. I guess it depends on what you want to classify as a "full" water cooling setup. The HAF will take a 360mm Rad in the top.

Actually it is classified as a server size motherboard CEB is the acronym for The Compact Electronics Bay Specification. It is a standard form factor designed for use by dual processor motherboards. The requirement was first proposed for value servers as well as workstations based on the Intel XEON processor. The dimensions of the CEB motherboard are 12 x 10.5 inch (305mm x 267mm). So if I want to pt a res next to the motherboard I think I need a super sized case

dont use a bay res? Plus if you look around, the bay reservoirs these days tend not to go past the steel bays.

Ah yes I missed that. Well the HAF can handle E-ATX and XL-ATX so still shouldn't be a problem. Just little more "overhang" to the left. Like Sneekypeet said the bay res's usually fit in the bays. THIS bad boy for example.
