okay i just did this for the hell of it changed the ram speed and all that and now my screen won't show up. it goes to the boot menu and it asks me which one you want to run the computer in and my keyboard doesn't respond after that. it does in the beginning but it doesn't when it goes to the optional boot menu. so what could be wrong?

Reset the cmos, then change it a little at a time! ;)

thats like rams bios it gives you all info on ram ...

mushkin pc 2100 133mhz ROFL. yeah how do i reset cmos i think you pull out the battery or something on the board?

There may be a jumper to clear it or just remove the battery for 30 seconds or so like you said.

but unplug it from power reamove battery and press the power botton on the case so that all the power that could be left inside be gone..:)

i tried that and it still won't load. should it be hdd-0 or hdd-1? cause its still freezes at the screen even though its on defaults now. so what should i do?
