In 2012, with the introduction of low wattage CPUs also the change in the mainstream preferences towards smaller and minimalistic PC cases, we at Thermalright have also adjusted our lineup. Traditional 160 mm tower coolers may now have compatibility issues with mainstream cases. This is why we've designed the world's smallest 120 mm fan based cooler, the True Spirit 120M!

Built on the basis of Thermalright's successful True Spirit 120, the True Spirit 120M is Thermalright advancement towards Silence, Performance and Compatibility. Made specifically for Micro ATX users, the total height is only 145 mm, about 16% lower than the 160 mm Tower standards that Thermalright has set years ago. Along with a full sized 120 mm fan, the True Spirit 120M is the best companion for your slim case.

By fine tuning the four high quality copper heatpipes, engineered to be slanted toward the back of the cooler, Thermalright has managed to keep the same heat dissipation surface area and 120 mm fan. The beauty of the new heatpipe design is that it effectively eliminates all RAM interference issues. The True Spirit 120M allows Micro ATX and slim case user to be free from mediocre coolers, opening the door for extreme overclocking and high-end RAM.

The True Spirit 120M's 120 mm PWM fan lets users strike a perfect combination of airflow and silence. Universally compatible with all modern sockets on the market (Intel LGA 2011/1155/1366/1156/775 and AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM1/FM2) It fits almost any case and any board, the True Spirit 120M is the full package, at a budget price point!.

Special Features:
● World's smallest 120 mm fan based tower cooler.
● Made specifically for Micro ATX &mini tower case user.
● Universally compatible with all modern sockets on the market.
● Convex copper base design, to ensure the highest thermal conducting thermal efficiency between the CPU and the heatsink.

No hole in the center... looks like they're ditching the venomous-x style mounting setup with these cheaper True Spirit/Cogage heatsinks.

+1

I'd love to get my hands on one of those. Throw in a 2nd fan and your mATX/mITX will party.
