So i just recently bought this card when everything looked like a dream to me as my budget looked around 100$ then changed significantly and luckily to 170$, now the point is tomorrow i'm getting a decent case cooling fan from noctua.

It will be shipped by tomorrow and i will be paying through Cash on Delivery, would cost me around 15 US$, so i would like to know if this fan is good enough for overclocking my gpu significantly, if yes then how much?

As my Case Doesn't have any 120mm/92mm Slot for Fan, it's a mini atx cabinet so that was my best buy although i could go to my local store for better offers but the guy takes weeks and months to complete the request, he simply he ignore due to me being very rude to him in the past, i even abused him 4-5 months ago and broke a car's back mirror in anger at the same day, since then he never came to our home for correcting issue and repairing my pc.

Best bet is to google reviews of all of that series and look for what the reviewers over clocks are and working for the average. Like this one for instance;)

I would assume the power edition may just have higher default clocks, not really sure as I didnt investigate too far.

i am disappointed to see that my one has only 960 Stream processors but 1100 Mhz but you're right gpu clock and memory speed is a bit higher (respectively 860 mhz and 1100 mhz).
I think this was my another bad investment of money.

Personally I have gotten both my 6850's up to 940/1150 in crossfire mode running them regularly now for about a year and a half. One's an XFX that doesn't allow overvolting, and one's an HIS that does. I have the HIS overvolted to 1.162 in Sapphire TRIXX (I prefer using that over afterburner because it's easier to me) and the XFX one at the default. I've gotten the HIS one to 960/1200 before, but not running anything that would've tested the temperatures well..
