@KalashNK:
This is not problem in your bios or monitor.

You must set 2D clock to 500MHz core or upper to fix this.
Make CCC profile witch 500 core(automatically 800 memory) and add this to autostart.

I had the same problem on 120Hz monitor.

Thanks, it being fixed by me using underclocked profile and not flickering in game made it clear that's the solution however I wanted to know if it's "normal" or something I should RMA the card for, but while looking for solution I found a lot of people like me and yourself that had this so it might not be too bad. Just worried about heat now..

I think I have a good airflow, PSU is facing down so it's not in conflict with VGA fans, CPU's heatsink has cooler that's facing toward exhaust cooler on the back of the case so there's that too.

I think it's normal "problem" with this card.
Just like I said - increase your 2D clock and problem should disappear.

Ah and there is options that something wrong with cables. If you have a problem with DVI, try DisplayLink.

AMD have a horrible issues. My next card will be NVIDIA.

Increased 2D clock to 500 and other one to 300 but it went by itself to 700, will report back what happens. Tried HDMI cable before and it was the same.

More worried about heat problem now, and if higher 2d clocks will make it run even hotter at idle. (40-50 with same fan speed % still sounds a lot, my dying 4870x2 did better than that :| )

Here's pic of my case inside and from area where it's at. I know cables are mess but they're out of the way and ones inside I never look at and ones on outside I've been moving a lot so haven't gotten around to tidying up.

Fan on heatsink blowing toward exhaust one on the back, ones on top aren't connected because they make noise and I'm not sure if I should have them on even. Soundcard is below graphics card and just noticed little thing that moved out of place next to it is dust guard.
Not sure what else I can do except fix top fans and turn them on if that will help.

P.S. There was another fan below cables but removed it because it also was off and with all the fans around it didn't want it on.

P.P.S. Both underclocking profile and upping 2d clocks fixes flicker, just matter of deciding which one I want now.

Well I just did OCCT test for half an hour and temperature was 90-95 degrees Celsius.. If that's not bad I don't know what is.

Also during CPU test my i5 3570k was under heavy load at ~70 temp, OCed from 3.4 to 3.8, is that a lot?

From the looks of these results ^^^ I would be looking @ the RMA you were talking about> Although I still think is a TIM issue Have you tried emailing MSI support & ask them if you can change the TIM without voiding your warranty?

But then there are these from some tests. Gonna run metro now to compare

OC of first 2 was close to what I have stock.
OCCT is where I got extreme temp, I'll redo the test tomorrow because I've updated some airflow things inside the case (Airflow inside the case - YouTube open to more suggestions)

Could separate cable help? I really don't want to add even more cables to the mix, cpu ones to the top is also split and I have a lot of cables at the moment.
