Well according to new egg all of my stuff should be at my house today after work.. I ordered a completely new system and I have to put it all together from scratch and I have never done this before.. Is anyone one of those helpful types around here? maybe want to give me some pointers or advice in helping me not break this stuff? I'd really appreciate it..

I have a feeling I'm going to need help with assembly is all.. Not to worry, once I know how to do it, I'll be able to do it from now on by myself and I can even help the next unlucky shmo who wanders along too. lol..

U gotta learn sometime..

Thanx all.. :D

Nice to know KTR and I read the same magazine. Did you see where they were talking about Auzentechs stuff? They love the CM Oxygen HD chip, but it sucked for games, great for Multimedia and HTPC. The Razar got kudos though, cuz it uses the same chip as Auzentech.

Thats right, the X-RAM is completely worthless.

But the Platinum has an I/O panel, not the XtremeMusic.

I don't suppose someone could tell me with the components listed what Kinda of SATA drive or whatever u call it should be run.. lol... it confuses me with the IDe atapi sata sata 2 stuff. idk which one to pick.. All I know is i have 2 hard drives waiting for me at home and I never bought any sata cables lol. never knew I needed any.. :slap:

Also I looked on new egg looking for something called "sata cables" and I don't see them under cables anywhere.. could someone tell me if I'm looking for the wrong thing or if I'm doing something wrong, do I even need to cables? idk...lol..

OK I leanreded something.. ATA cable are SATA cables if I gather this correctly.. but I still don't know who makes a good brand or anything.. any suggestions? I'd like a high end set, nothing cheap at all.. thanks a bunch..
