0.7.2 + CCC 13.8 RSOD/Freeze

Hi, used GPU-Z for a bit now, works great. Updated to CCC 13.8 the other day for my 2 7950's and noticed I was getting lock ups or RSOD while playing fullscreen (in crossfire) with DX11 games (DX9/10 work fine)
Any help would be appreciated.

Windows 8 x64 fully updated.

Intel 3770k
16GB 1866MHz RAM
MSI 7950 BE x2

Beta Drivers.... are beta..Not final expect them to have one or more faults. Change back to an none beta build if you keep getting lock ups and freezes it might be something else.

I understand the term "beta" 13.6 "beta" works fine. Obviously there is conflicting between 13.8 and GPU-Z which I've just reported. Thanks.

Honestly, why would I join the forum for GPU-Z, post I have a problem with GPU-Z 0.7.2 + 13.8 to then say I don't use it?
I've done many tests to confirm what was causing the lock ups. That included reinstalling drivers, backdating drivers, uninstalling certain software, etc, etc.
I registered to report a bug with GPU-Z. So obviously I'm using it when the lock ups occur!

Example.

Load up Battlefield 3, Ultra, fullscreen + crossfire enabled. No other software running.
Play for a bit, everything is fine. Windows key out of the game, game shrinks, crossfire disables. Load up GPU-Z 0.7.2, click back to game, game auto fullscreens, crossfire enables, system locks up.

Now doing the above without loading GPU-Z, there are no problems. And doing the above with 13.6, again, no problems.
