I'm thinking in a XSPC W/C KIT.

Ok, how much radiator I need for a CPU only loop.??? (4.5hz max OC).

For a economical/ effective kit from XSPC.

My pc inventory parts:
I7 3770k
Asus-Maximus V
EVGA SC GTX 780
16gb trident 2400hz
128gb Samsung 840 PRO
HAF 932
OCZ 1000W PS (full mod)

Too many series and sizes on XSPC Rad.

The only I'm sure is the pump I want (D5), but I dont know above rad. I'm not a hardcore gamer. (35% game/ 65% multimedia edit.)

I Need help with this. Goal cheap/efficient.

Thanks guys!!!
Peace . . .

Pretty much any radiator will work. I use the thinnest 2x120 radiator available and it cools my 3770K at 4.6ghz just fine. You don't really need a pump as big as a D5 either. A MCP 350/Liang DDC-1 is more than enough.

Where are you mounting the radiator and how much room do you have there? What case are you using?

The pump option in XSPC kit are Raystorm 750 pump and D5. People talk about noise in Raystorm 750 pump..

Cool.

Here's a nice setup:

Dual bay Reservoir for Liang DDC: http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...oduct_info&cPath=59_318_665&products_id=33423

MCP 355 Pump (you can find it cheaper elsewhere I'm sure): http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...e=product_info&cPath=59_201&products_id=20655

EK Coolstream Radiator: http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...t_info&cPath=59_457_667_668&products_id=26776

CPU Block: http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...t_info&cPath=59_971_498_490&products_id=37630

Fans, tubing and fittings are left. Not sure what tubing size you want to go with, or if you want barbed/compression fittings.

*I have that XSPC pump... While it's not very noisy the flow on it sucks, I wouldn't recommend it. Stay away from the kit.

Thanks Erocker for your suggestion, but your setup is Gross: $250.00 with shipping, tubing
and fitings. When finish your setup is near $325.00.

I don't have problem with Laing D5 variable speed pump. My concern is How big or thick is the
Radiator I need. (??)

Your setup is for a Hardcore gamer. I'm more in the multimedia arena, occasional gamer.

I ask more about Rad. .!! And I searching for a kit, because I don't have time to search a compare parts. In my research for kits one of the people favorite is XSPC.

Just need info about Rad options on XSPC Rads.

There's nothing really hardcore about the setup I posted, it's pretty basic. I wouldn't bother with the XSPC kit, they really aren't that good. I would go with something like a Corsair 100i before getting the kit.

All you really need is a 2x120 radiator if you're going with the kit. Doesn't the kit come with a pump though?

honestly, if you are going to watercool in a haf 923 you might as well go for a 360 rad with low FPI (fins per inch), the extra price from a 240 to a 360 rad is small (60 $ for a 30mm thick one at performance-pcs, have no idea if that shop is expensive or not), yet you increse the cooling potential by 50%. That can either be used to get higher clocks, or use lower rpm on the fans to get a quieter experinece, hek, if you dont OC that 3770k you could maybe turn the fans off when surfing/watching a movie/listening to music.

That XSPC kit is full of quality parts, D5 is an amazing and reliable pump, their raystorm block is top notch and the radiator is good.

I say go for it ;)

I cooled my i7 3820 on a thick 120.1 radiator without problem. Used an XSPC RX.120.

Yes.

The cooling setup is more than capable, what really matters is the ability of your chip to reach that speed at decent voltages.

Now I"m waiting for side panel acrylic window.

The idea is paint the case (metal part only) with 2013 Jeep Wrangler Gecko Green and XSPC Kit with Primochill Adv. LRT tubing. What you think?? Any feedback?

the kit erocker picked out would be perfect, and plenty enough cooling!

its not as simple as buying a kit tho, it sort of becomes addictive.

I like the plans ^^
