Sorry about the title guys i really didn't know what to write. ^^ So here's my rig:

AMD Phenom II x4 970 (cooled Hyper212X)
ASUS M5A97
Kingston 1600 MHz DDR3 8 GB RAM
SAPPHIRE HD 7870 GHz Edition O.C
Aerocool VS-9 550W
1 TB HDD

Aaand here's the deal. My computer goes totally nuts while playing games mostly but sometimes on idle, totally randomly, usually after long time while on load. My screen corrupts, all the open programs give's error (mostly Chrome it just goes nuts), sound is like scratching blackboard, and here's the interesting part, this usually happens while i'm talking with my friends on skype, and they say scratchy sound comes to them and it's so bad. And here's another thing, sometimes i have this blackscreen issue related with faulty 7870. I'm now sure that this is one of the faulty ones, (i bought it after like 2 weeks after release). My shitty distributor won't accept there is a fault, i send the card to them, they only run a benchmark an send it back. What am i supposed to to?

I agree with d1nky..start from scratch. From the ground up.If problem still persists and your supplier wont accept the fault....look into getting a new gfx card.. =\

This feels a lot like a PSU issue to me. When I bought a single 6870 a while back and ran it with my Phenom II 940, it refused to even boot with the 550-watt PSU I had at the time. Since it appears the PSU came with your case, I'm a little skeptical about it.

+1 Totally agree

I can't find any specs on that PSU. Might guess is that the PSU can't handle your 6870. I had to upgrade my PSU while back to do crossfire 6870 also, which I went to a Corsair TX750.

It seems the Aerocool VS-9 is a case.

Can you take a shot of the PSU? The label with the tables I mean.

Right but I couldn't find specs for that PSU in that case, or no where on there website :wtf:

And at least here there are no Aerocool/PSU bundles.. Means little though apart from making it difficult to find info. :)

EDIT: Wait looksie here. Google translate hints that is the bundled PSU.

Should be enough to power that system, unless it's a complete disaster for a PSU.

I would say its the MB, I RA'd a shitload of these and the EVO also, (like over 20 of each). I would see if I could borrow a video card of someone, if you have a friend that has a pc and doesn't have a spare one ask him to swap you yours for his for a day, that way you get to test both cards at the same time.

PS Does your pc have a led or a round fan hole grill at the back if it doesn't have either of these its a Zerodba.

It looks like a disaster of a PSU. Come on, two 20A rails? Between an overclocked 7870 and a Phenom II, you could over-tax that PSU real fast if the load isn't split evenly between the two rails assuming the PSU isn't garbage to begin with. My recommendation would be to find another PSU with a single 12V rail and maybe a little more capability from a reputable brand.

This is my PSU yes, I'm done with stress testing right now and so far HDD, system files, RAM's, mobo and CPU looks fine. Also formatted. Still happened after format. (3 hours of gaming), Yeah PSU is crappy i think. Right now i'll try to get another GPU, if that doesn't fix i think PSU is low. And i think it is guys, because it's crappy, it's second-hand, and my Phenom II is OC'ed. (tried taking back OC no help.). So any other suggestions would be appreciated, thanks for everyone that has replied and will keep replying. TPU #1!

This is easy to reproduce on Phenom II processors if they don't have enough integrated memory controller voltage and possibly vcore. I had this on my old Crosshair III/955BE and my Toshiba laptop with a Phenom II X920. I did another round of voltage tuning on the laptop recently (has to be undervolted as CPU isn't officially supported without throttling) and when I had my IMC at 0.900v instead of 0.950v the laptop ran fine for a few days straight and then graphical elements/programs began going nuts until I reboot. Happened to my desktop 4 years ago as well when I was overclocking/voltage tuning. Your RAM could possibly be defective as well.

EDIT: Happens on my ASRock AM2NF3-VSTA too as it only has one power plane, so IMC voltage = vcore. When I go down to ~1.225v, bam, program crashes regardless of the core frequency.

Try the basics. Reset all overclock settings. Download Memtest86 and run it to check the RAM. And yes, the PSU is bad. Replace it if you can. Also as stated, sometimes the failing CPU's IMC cause these problems. I know because I get the same symptoms when I overclock my IMC of my 955 and it is unstable.

Memtest is already done, OC settings are set to default. Like i said, right now i need a graphics card and i have no idea where to borrow one. None of my friends doesn't even know how to open their cases and they're so afraid of doing it. Funny part is i built them all. -.- Do you have any suggestions about that lol ^^
