Are these normal readings? Using Cockcast's Arris TM722G modem. 20 minute uptime because I reset both the router and modem.

Everything looks normal. Are you having problems with it?

I get DC'd multiple times daily, maybe my router is going bad.

Your upstream power level might be a bit high which may explain why upstream isn't running at DOCSYS 3.0. Your downstream power level is within acceptable limits, although if it's going through an extra splitter or something, you might want to change that. One run in my house did this as well and I had to move the modem, but I was getting much higher power levels, like 57-58 dBmV. The concern with power levels this high is that you may fry the transmitter on the modem over a long period of time, but you look okay. Unless you have a top-tier plan, I doubt it will make much of an impact on speed.

52dBmV is within tolerance. I believe it's not uncommon for upstream channels to be DOCSIS 2.

It's also common for the tolerances to be lower when using bonded channels.
Note: TDMA max output power reduced 3dB when transmitting 2 channels and 6dB with 3 or 4 channels.

That would technically put it out of spec. Either way, anything over 50dBmV is getting to be a bit high for upstream IMHO. Acceptable, maybe. Ideal, no.
