I would try to hid as many wires as I could. You can also hid the blue lights and still get the same look your going for. I had a Haf 932 with water cooling but it felt to small for what I wanted. I like to have a lot of room in my case to do what every. I got the Corsair 900D. Here is my Haf 932 case.

It looks good but one thing i would never do is put any thing on the board of a graphics card ever wires get hot on those cathode lights and next thing you know your replacing a graphics card. but all together a nice build.
