Toxic or Platinum?

I am confused with choosing the right GPU for my future PC. You see, I'll be having a Asus Maximus VI Formula Motherboard. The GPUs that I'm in confusion are Sapphire R9 280X Toxic OC (not the only "Toxic" edition) and Asus ROG Matrix Platinum R9 280X. Few are telling me to go with the ROG one because they say it'll match better with the board than Toxic. However, Toxic has much performance over the matrix and is thinner too.

So please recommend me the one that'll suite me the best.

Personally I would get the Asus Matrix, but then again I don't buy Sapphire stuff.

Check warranties of both, and pick the one with the better local warranty support. I would take Toxic, Sapphire has been good warranty wise to everyone I know.

if u go with the Asus Maximus VI Formula, then take the Matrix card, they kinda bond and will look awesome together bcs they match.

matrix , runs fairly quite looks good, and most see 1200 on an Oc mine does 1230gpu 7200mem at 1.28corev

oh and the matrix logo is a winner as it changes colour with temp

yeah, personally i would go to longer warranty first and whats in their package, better bundles is better

I searched newegg and Asus's site for the platinum card, but they show another card as the platinum (probably it is HD 7970). So, I want to know which one is the real platinum.
