[3770k]delid temps go up

So i delided my 3770k(using the vice method) and i noticed something strage, my temps go up.
I tried three TIMs Prolimatech, Noctua NH1 and AC ArcticSilver 5 from the moment i first bootup my system and run IntelBurnTest i get like 63/67/67/68 afther 2 days the same ambient temps the same test it went up to 69/77/78/79 using AS 5 TIM, monitored with CoreTemp.
Now what happend, the system is the one in my profile, the cooler is a Prolimatech SuperMega with two Coolink 120p at 900 rpm in push-pull configuration.
Any ideeas of what is going on, should i try Coollaboratory Liquid Pro(its kind of hard to get here).

Default clocks, no way i bumped it 3 times, its screwed in tight, i tried the black screws also no change.

what about contact and pressure?
lower pressure may give you higher temp

I have not delid so my comment is just from reading others results .
Did you add paste and check contact area on die at least once to see how it is .
Also you need to offset the IHS when you clamp it down cause it moves/slides during clamp phase .

From what I have seen something like liquid ultra is best for under IHS .
Over at Anandtech OC forum there big post on deliding .

Sounds like your lid may not be contacting the die right. A few things, make sure the lid is in the original orientation. Did you scrape off the original adhesive???

He can't change contact pressure of the IHS , can only do that on HS .
Since his temps is rising over time , I think it is either not enough paste or even not good paste for job (bleeding ) or old paste .

Intel IHS are generally concave so lapping can help a bit on top .

Like i said i used it on 4 CPUs E2140, i5 750, i5 3570k and 3770k except the latter there were no problems, i will try to use more paste when i get home between the IHS and the die and see how it works.

A few things, make sure the lid is in the original orientation. Did you scrape off the original adhesive???

I will check the orientation, i did clean all the adhesive it was very shiny :B

So you popped the top and put on TIM that has same/similar/worse performance than stock TIM? I don't understand why people do this. CoolLaboratory is the way to go for delidded chips.

Check your mounting, both HSF & IHS, try to reapply paste. Make sure all stock sealant is cleaned off. I doubt there will be much improvement. If any. But first i would check that the IHS is still flat! I would NEVER use vice + hammer to delid :shadedshu

Old style shaving razor is the best method. Insert it flat into each corner about 1/4" and slowly work your way around. Less than 5min i was done... You could use a metal ruler for a straightedge

Are you referring to the substandard original TIM... or the black adhesive holding the edges of the IHS to the chip PCB. If you used the hammer method, you still need to carve off the black adhesive, or you might have an IHS that is pushed up too high to make good contact with the die!

Try Laping these edges & test the IHS on a sheet of glass to see if it's Flat

Here are the results(24* C ambient), if they hold for another two days i will begin to overclock.

It seems the solution was to add a bigger quantity than before of TIM(ArcticSilver5) both to the IHS and the die, thank you all again.
