Ok I can confirm that this fixes all my CCC problems it now works.

Now time to find out why my new PowerColor 7870 XT is making coil whine like crazy!! Brand new from newegg...

If anybody is wondering, the bug with gpu2 full clocks is still present. It's not a big deal but it would be nice to be rid of it eventually.

Already disabled it, have had to for the last few months now with all the betas. I cleaned it before installing, as I always do, and it's always the same. It's not a big deal, as it's a simple fix, but I hope they get rid of it sooner or later for us cfx users.

been trolling around, the batman optimization is apparently legit...

dont own the game, not a fan, so i cant really comment...

it looks like that the catalyst did not recognize your card properly at the first time. have you tried using registry cleaner ?

I suggest you use the AMD Uninstall Utility to completely wipe out all AMD software, after reboot reinstall Catalyst (don't forget: run as admin!), preferrably custom install so you can check/uncheck what you (don't) want installed.

I would suggest you not run the AMD un-Install Utility on a Windows 8 or 8.1 OS.
It has not yet been updated for it.
It can and probably will/would cause numerous problem.

Fully agree since Amd's own un installation utility "the uninstaller" I mean and not catalysts uninstaller completely broke my pc requiring a fresh os install to finally use a keyboard and mouse again.

BEWARE Amd's own separate uninstaller atm.

Edit problem fixed. solution installed 13.11 beta 6 after old drivers instead of fresh install.

CCC has worked fine for me on every driver I have tried on win 8.1 pro
