You might have already tried this but, can you duplicate the problem with a wired KB?
I use a weird setup No CCC, just drivers and Tray tools as a control panel. A cheap logitech KB from a wireless combo, and a Microsoft mouse. The two things that cause weirdness ( in games only ) for me were, the temp monitoring option and flip queue size. I don't even know what a flip queue size is nor can I tell the differance in the settings 1,2,3,4,....ect. But if I leave it undefined, I have slow response in games. The temp logging is such a useful tool, available in both ATI tools and Tray tools, gave me a laggy, sticky, I wanna smash my keyboard into tiny black fragments, and then burn it, sensation. :banghead:
Only in games though.

*But* we found the exact problem. It only happens when more than one button is pressed. In games or out of games, if we only press ONE button, it'll last forever. Its only when we press multiple buttons that it cuts out.
