Are they doing the special thing on CPU+MB purchase? They usually do $40 off a MB if you bought both /

MC is about an hour drive for me, and where I got my 3570k and UD5H, killer deal. Only catch is 6.25% sales tax.

Just opened one that I bought from there. Funny thing is, I had to pay $319.99 for mine. Apparently, their general manager decided that their store isn't going to follow corporate's advertised prices for CPUs anymore :banghead:

Not sure of the accuracy of this statement. I don't think a store can just charge more than their advertised price. If the store is advertising $319.99, and that is what you paid....then that is a different story.

Same goes for me if you hit the 1 per customer wall. I can get one at that price and mail it but it would be about $260 due to sales taxes and gas. Im nearby a MC but its a hassle to get to it.

I think its one per customer online pick up.

I sort of mentally calculated that its like $20 ebay listing fee $5 gas $15 sales tax, so after all that its $40 in costs on top of the $200, so only make about $80 ebay sale at $320. Good margin... but then you throw in the $12 to ship it. Starts widdling down. Great for a binner right now though. Buy like 10 of em and keep the best.

The web site advertises it, the store does not. The web site says in fine print that prices may vary by location, and it always shows that they are out of stock at my location on the web site.

LagunaX, the Tustin store is the one that will still be charging $319.99.
