Energy saving PSU needed

I am new here.
In past few years I build few gaming pc now its time for energy saving pc

New pc configuration ;

Crucial Ballistix DDR3 8GB/1866 (2*4GB) BLT2CP4G3D1869DT1TX0CEU
SSD Plextor 2,5'' 256GB, SATA III ( Read/Write 540/450MB/s ), 7mm (PX-256M5P)
Gigabyte F2A85XM-HD3 A85X, DualDDR3-1866, SATA3, RAID, HDMI, GBLAN, mATX (GA-F2A85XM-HD3) AMD A10-6700 AD6700OKHLBOX

Led monitor 23"
mATX case

What power exactly I need ? ~200w-300W will be ok ?
What psu model You can recommend ?

You need at least 400w. I tried to run my FM2A85 with a A8-5600K off a 350w and had a few issues. But it might have been the PSU I used also. It was a Enermax NAXN 350. The issues I was having was the wireless keyboard had bad reception. I ended up getting a SeaSonic G Series 550w Gold. Works great now

I'd say 400w would handled that system, 300w would be pushing it. My A10-6800K system hovers around 300w from the wall under load and I've seen it spike to 350w briefly.

But I worry about high energy consumption . Will be much higher instead of using low power PSU ?

You need to research your power supplies. Look for a platinum rated unit that is at its peak efficiency in the area at which your computer idles. Doing it this way will ensure you have the best possible power savings.

If your system (CPU, Mobo, HDD's etc.) use 220 watts, the system will use 220 watts regardless of the PSU. So, you could have a 1000 watt PSU in your system and it will still only use around 220 watts.

I really can't see how that configuration will manage to draw over 250W. Maybe if the cooling on that A10 fails miserably and it gets into thermal runaway...

What the OP is asking about is low load efficiency, and there can be a significant difference there when using a 400W and a 1000W PSU. It would've been nice if the OP had provided a link to any shop(s) they will be buying from, so that we can make some concrete suggestions regarding the PSU.

Generally, a high-quality 350-400W Gold or Platinum efficiency PSU would be ideal here. Something from Super Flower or Seasonic perhaps? Be sure to get a good heatsink for that A10 processor, the stock one isn't very good, IMHO.

There is so many opinion about PSU power and energy efficient in my pc configuration
Anyway I decide to use new low power PSU ....

Is there something what will be perfect to me ?

Welcome to the forum!
Secondly about your question,Most normal PCs don`t use more that 300 watts
A good Place to search for tests for low power PSU is http://www.silentpcreview.com/
As a bonus the PSU will be quiet or even silent
Personally I use Nexus Value 430 And is more than enough ,since I never exceed 280watts at the socket.

PSUs deliver their best efficency around the 50% load mark. That being said, efficency variance falls in the single digits (2-3% difference) but at that range you're pulling straws in my opinion. The big jump is going from a <70% PSU to an 80Plus.

For your build I think the CX430 V2 would be more than enough. That cooler master you have lying around will fit the job nicely too.
