Hi

Welcome to TPU

how could I know if it is voltage-unlocked

Download the vbios image here ; Download VBE7 here
Next
open the vbios image with VBE7

Note: instructions for VBE7
  • The following voltage regulators are fully supported: CHL822x, CHL8214, UP1637, UP1801, ST6788A, VT1556M
  • For unknown voltage regulators, you can select voltage from a predefined table.
**Note: always make a backup of the original vbios [for when things go wrong and keep a copy of this in a safe place]

I've successfully edited BIOS from my Club3D_Radeon_HD_7950_13Series, I've changed voltage to 1.100 and now all my cards are running much cooler. Thank Law-II for the links and advices!
