Monitor for xbox FPS.

Hey guys,

I really have no idea about monitors etc. and i was wondering if you could help me with finding a monitor that can be on a xbox, that is good for FPS so a reaction time of 1MS, thats the only thing i know that 1MS is best for FPS. Price doesnt matter.

Also in the future i want to buy a computer that allows me to livestream, can any computer do this?

You'll be fine with something like 5 m/s. Depends on what you want to spend, how big you want, etc.
