Hi, I am planning to spend around $1200-$1400 for a new Desktop Computer, but I need some assistance to find what parts to buy.
The computer I am planning to get is for mainly gaming purposes, if anyone could help me out by making a list of parts and their prices that would be great.

Thanking you, Zekery.

Hey fellow Aussie! I have been dealing with plenty of Aus dealers in my time and the best ones I have found to be are these:

http://www.pccasegear.com/
http://www.ddcomputer.com.au/index.php

pc case gear is the site I use the most. They have quite decent prices and I have never had an issue with them and I have been using them for the past 3 years. maybe take a look on their site?

Cheers,

JG

I just did a price comparison between pccasegear and MSY.

MSY has better prices on nearly everything, excepting the PSU, same, and Gigabyte 280x, same price. pccasegear is priced higher on everything else.

Just my two cents.:lovetpu:

get a msi gtx770 gaming, its really (really) quiet. for cpu 4670k and a msi gd65 gaming mobo, if u dont overclock use the nooby stock cooler.

if ur going for a medium/high end machine dont use AMD for duh processer, also if u really have to use the stupid AMD for ur graphics card get r9 290 (non x) with good fans, if u buy one with good cooling it will be whisper quiet and really fast, its a bit more expensive than a 770 but outperforms the 780 in many games
