A huge difference. AIO's are nowhere near as effective as custom water. AIO's are about as powerful as the top end air coolers like the Noctua-14.
The XSPC kit is pretty awesome, it was my starting kit, and I expanded it from there. We're talking GPU temps of 30 degrees full load.

H100i user here, I personally think you should only consider watercooling if you want to push your computer to the limits. Merely pushing your computer slightly is not worth the hassle, air coolers can do that easily. Get AIO if you are pushing only the CPU, custom loop if you are adding GPUs (or thinking about them). Different story of course if you want to play around with watercooling.

OP, you're rockin' a 900D, and that's just begging to filled up with all the awesome water cooling goodies.

The XSPC kits look nice. I've used a bit of their stuff so far and have been impressed, so I wouldn't expect anything less from their kits.

XSPC 360 kit user here, believe me, it cost 100 more than a h100i but defenitily so much better, you can expand later to motherboard cooling and graphics cooling, its a pretty good starter kit

I'd go with the single pump kit as it has everything youll need to start off, especially if you're just doing the CPU first. My single D5 is pushing through everything (480 & 360 rads, cpu, gpu, in a 900d) just fine on setting #4.
