Computer problem on startup.

So here is the thing when i open my pc i can see the bios but after the bios the screen it stucks there and i must use the reset button to restart and when i do it works.

But i was wondering if you guys know why each time i open up my pc i need to press the reset button to show up the screen i mean i don't really get it i guess it should be a problem inside in the hardware.

What do you guys think about it? what might be the cause?

So by "open up" you mean turn on? List all your hardware please. Sound like a bad SATA cable or some hardware lik3e a external drive, hot swap bay, a drive you resently removed?

first i would like to check the cables first, sata cables or try another sata ports,
reset the bios by removing its battery and try to run the pc at minimal setup like with one ram

how do i remove the battery is that easy or not?
