which one is better in high room temperature

I am building a mid range gaming pc. I used amd fx 6300, 8 gb ram n gigabyte mother board 970a ds3,
I lived in India where in summer room temperature easily reaches up to 35-40 °C
Which graphic card should I use in between
ZOTAC GTX 760 OR
SAPPHIRE TOXIC R9 270X

It appears that the Sapphire has the triple fans, Better.
It also appears to have more computing power, see GFLOPS.
It also has a higher boost clock. Better.

I am not a Red or Green fanboy. It's just that looking at the two options you presented, that Sapphire 270x looks to be the better of the two, for at least three reasons.

I agree that the 270X would be the better card as far as heat & performance.

The R9 270X Toxic has a bigger cooler and uses less power but the GTX 760 is faster.

Which Zotac GTX760? They make a number of non reference cooled models and the GTX760 actually produces a little less heat than the R9 270X.
Little off topic but be aware that the choice of case and its fans will have a big impact on temperatures and noise and non reference coolers can be sensitive to airflow, not just its volume but how well directed the flow is.

Case airflow is also something to highly consider. Regardless of how the GFX card is being cooled, if there is poor airflow inside they will be less effective. Living in Canada, during the summer it easily reaches 39'C inside my townhouse (laser temp gun tells me so). I can tell you from multiple generations of GFX experience, from blower types to after market, standard clock to over clock, single and SLI/CFX, high room temperatures really do not affect the GPU temperature that much when under load. Idle clock may be slightly higher by a few degrees depending on the cooler type. It simple comes down to the airflow. With non-blower types, this becomes even more of a concern as they exhaust the warm air back into the case. Also, remember, keep the case out of direct sunlight.

the Sapphire tri-x is awesome, if that's the cooler you are referring to. I have it on my R9-290 which is renowned for being hot, but it keeps it nice and cool.

Ha... Ha....
I already mentioned that I lived in Inda..
In my town we only get 10 hrs. Power supply... rest we managed by 3.5 kw. Solar backup... So no AC..... :-(

dont forget to vsync or cap the framerate in games when it's hot so that you dont create excess heat or pay for more power usage

for the card (& cpu & hard drives actually), make sure there is plenty of airflow in the case & on all coolers, you also want to have room to increase fan speeds just in case

for example, if a gfx card by default uses only 55% fan speed & that keeps it at 75 degrees under normal conditions, that would be a better choice than a card that's 70% at 90 degrees under the same conditions, the second card would run into the 100% max fan speed limit sooner, so you would not be able to cool it more if the need arises
