It's an upgrade or not ?!

Hello all. I will be short on this... I own a nVidia MSI GTX760 HAWK for about 9 months and a friend of mine want's to trade his AMD Radeon Gigabyte R280X OC 2.0 with my GTX... He need the GTX because has CUDA feature... The trade is 1 on 1 without any difference in money... So this will be a good upgrade for me?! Thanks

If there is no problem with 280x its a good trade off and it will be an upgrade. but i suggest to check reviews for the games you play.
