So I'm working on saving up for some new parts, and I've been messing around with my desktop. Well I had to rebuild my old rig due to issues with my new rig. Everything is dandy. So I kinda had to zombie my desktop into this beauty.

Anyone else have/had a messy rig?

but yeah, some of my PC's were messy as well, thank god that's not an issue anymore

If you're going to run a computer on a rug, you should have all of your components in the case. Take the time and move it, laziness isn't a good excuse for not doing it.

I used to have card board under the cases before, but that was scrapped when I was away for a few days. Came back to that ugly rug. I probably should fix those cords but that PSU really wasn't made for that case. BARELY fit putting it in.

In all seriousness, don't worry, the video cards are fine and were kept under 60 degrees celsius even in the summer... gamers probably abuse them more... lol all those tentacles cords and fans are really like a nice beach for the video cards, keeps the climate PERFECT.

[SOMEWHAT OFFTOPIC]Regardless, they are going up for sale shortly so I can buy shares in an ASIC project... And yes, they game fine and stable. Anyone have recomendations on their value given the market isn't dry like it was 3-4 months ago? I want to be upfront and honest but also get what they are worth considering they game flawlessly[/SOMEWHAT OFFTOPIC]

I think they're talking about the angle that the GPUS are sitting in just the PCI-E slot. You're either going to damage the PCI-E slot itself or the card if it bends too far one way or the other.

I can see what you mean from the pics, but no, actually I'm not. You can't see it but the PCIe slot is mobile on a riser assembly designed for that warpage.

The cards are then gently separated by a superpro status Jenga block.

PS. might as well add my new case in here. I haven't done much work at the back of it yet, so basically if I open the side panel that is behind the mobo tray, all of my wires will just fall out :laugh:

Well, I guess it depends on what you consider "clean". For example, I think the wiring in my case probably could be redone to look cleaner but I would consider the way I have it to be adequate. In your defense though, it doesn't look like you have any room behind the panel for the motherboard to do any wire routing.

Edit: It wasn't until I posted the picture did I realize that my wife's camera probably would have looked better than using my cell phone. Oh well. :ohwell:
