There are several different programs that display system info, AIDA64, CPU-Z, GPU-Z, Hardwaremonitor, and so on.............

It would be a lot easier for us if you show us one of these screenshot you're talking about so we can identify the exact program.

looks like MSI Afterburner, but Afterburner does not display CPU temps. I don't know exactly which program that is.

I figured out how to make afterburner do it. Couple of things. I believe benchmarks push your PC to unimaginable conditions. I believe in using burn test for stability, but nothing got near what benchies do. I didn't realize after manual OCing my card, it its still automatically throttled or boosted. And it never hits my max clocks. Core speed or voltage. CPU also gets no where near as hot as a burn test. I saw all this playing Hawken. It may not be a demanding enough game to form my thoughts, but I feel like I'm holding my rig back some. Don't know.

I think that's MSI Afterburner combined with HWiNFO.
