Recently I upgrade my GPU.
My previous card is MSI 760 Gaming.
My new card is EVGA 780 SC w/ACX.

In few games, i received FPS Drop by 30/32 FPS.
What's the problem?
Is the problem in Hardware?
Or it's for Software?

I run Unigine Heaven Benchmark v3.0 Basic.

FPS: 92.2

Scores: 2323
Min FPS: 41.0
Max FPS: 238.7

Is their all OK?

So you are saying you lost 30fps?

Did you do a clean install of newest drivers, after installing the 780?

That's strange. A 780 is about 70-80% faster than a 760. We need to know your full system specs.

Ya. But i upgrade W8.1 from W7 without any HDD Partition changing.
Previously my HDD was = 100MB, 65GB, 150GB, 140GB & 145GB.
i only format 65GB & install W8.1 bt 100MB is visible now, i don't see 100MB in my W7.
And i install beta driver.
Now i'm buying a SSD...

I think that a fresh install of 8.1 on the new SSD and using the latest WHQL driver (335.23) should solve your problem. Forget about Win 7 - I went back to Windows 7 a while back to check some things, and it was obviously slower and less refined than Windows 8 or 8.1, and had problems with excessive memory usage. I would format the WD Blue 500 into one big partition and install games there and use the rest for storage.
