Good thing you didn't link to that conclusion so it couldn't speak for itself! Or explain at all why you posted random bar graphs!
I think I did.

No where does Blur Buster says G-Sync is better then no sync in terms of lag like your original statement.

It provides a better gaming experience but that's not what your original statement implied

I don't think I'm disputing anything that was said by Blur Blusters as pertaining to experience just your original statement which I cant find BB agreeing with. If they do I cant seam to find the link.
Pretty sure you did not; unless you're calling hotlinking images from blurbusters as "linking to the article". I had to recognize the watermark on the bottom right on the image and go to blurbusters and find where you linked it from.
I also clarified the statement later on but you seem to be stuck on the old statement.

Anyways i'm not going to bother explaining you how lag from your mouse to your monitor works and then how g-sync works and letting you draw the inevitable conclusion as you're being purposely obtuse.

My mistake for not sourcing Blur Busters article but I would have thought since its the only one that has done lag test on G-Sync. It would be common knowledge for people following G-Sync developments. Like you pointed out hotlinks can be followed and the watermark gives away its origin.
Since being the first few results when you type in G-Sync Lag in Google is apparently too hard for some people to find.

On my earlier post I even took the time to highlight the wording from the Blur Busters article you quoted that contradict your own statement.

Just seams you got offended because you were wrong. You knew you were wrong as for your clarification in your later statement were you expanded to salvage your original statement.

That LG 34UM95 is quite the looker and on my wishlist!!

How long have you had the Auria's?

I've had the Auria EQ276W 2560x1440 monitors since they were first released. I think that was about a year or so if not longer. I bought them at Microcenter.

Here is a link to a video review of the LG 34UM95:

Larger then a 28" TN 4K monitor with a better IPS panel but also more expensive at ~$1000 and a lower resolution of 3440x1440,....

I want one of these LG 34UM95 monitors,.... :)

G-sync FTW!!!!!

Anyone who has tried or owns a Gsync monitor knows it's worth every penny and IS a game changer!

All you AMD haters......poor kids gonna hate.
well why a locked proprietary tech is worth every penny over a free solutions?
i rather take a 4K screen without G-sync for a bit lower price than this, well if i would go 4k... i am still on a 32" 1080p and it does quite fine (still as someone stated advent of 4k = lowering price for 1440p)

parenthesis: i wanted to say "placebo effect is placebo effect, *i paid more for that module, so it give me better gaming experience* but well .... as far as i've seen of that tech (i have a friend who work in a computer shop who has a ASUS VG248QE and a 780Ti, well nothing so impressive for what he paid in total (would have paid if he didn't take on factory price instead of retail price  )) but it's only my personal oppinion and experience ;)

funny ...
"(3840 x 2160 pixels) that's four times the resolution of 1080p Full HD,"
how 3840 x 2160 is four time 1920x1080 ... isn't this 2kHD

Let's see:

Dell UltraSharp UP2414Q Black 23.8 4k- $999.99
ASUS PQ321Q Black 31.5 4K - $2,499.00
Dell UltraSharp UP3214Q Black 31.5 4K - $2,899.95

But only this Acer display will be overpriced. o_O Dat AMD fanboys logic.

I don't think Acer has announced the price for it yet.

As for those monitors.

Dell UltraSharp UP2414Q Black 23.8 4k- $999.99 = IPS
ASUS PQ321Q Black 31.5 4K - $2,499.00 = IGZO
Dell UltraSharp UP3214Q Black 31.5 4K - $2,899.95 = IGZO

They all have better panels then the one the Acer will likely sport which will be like the Samsung LU28D590DS for $699

No matter what, G-Sync is still useless. It forces you to use NVIDIA graphic cards or it forces you to buy G-Sync powered display. If things won't go as you want them to, you're stuck with a very expensive monitor and a Radeon graphic card. And then i'll be the one laughing...

Besides, i've only seen really horrible image tearing in like 3 games which were badly designed to begin with, but with the rest, i don't even notice tearing issues. Maybe it's still there, but it's so minor and i'm too occupied with the game i don't even notice it. So i can wait for FreeSync to come into action and then we'll all use it anyway.

Actually the Samsung U28D590 4K monitor can be had for as low as $599:

http://www.microcenter.com/product/432446/U28D590D_28_Ultra_HD_LED_Monitor

Also I have heard from people who actually use more expensive MST 4K monitors that the two streams aren't always in sync which results in screen tearing between the two logical halves of the screen. MST via older dual UHD scalers on these more expensive IPS / IGZO monitors like the Dell UP2414Q, UP3214Q and ASUS PQ321Q are IMO little more then an ugly hack. In due time newer models with IPS / IGZO using the newer UHD scaler found in the Samsung U28D590 will replace the current models.

For now though the irony is that such higher end 4K monitors come with built in screen tearing (of which there is no solution) as a direct result of a flawed hacked implementation,.....and it will cost you an arm and a leg too. All this in a G-Sync thread.

If I were buying a motherboard I would want it to support both SLI and Crossfire not just one. If I were buying a monitor and cared about sync issues I would want one with both G-Sync (something that is a tangible solution NOW) as well as FreeSync,......not just one.

There is no reason to think that once FreeSync becomes a viable solution (of which right now it's NOT) that people won't be able to make use of both technical solutions in one product.

Is this an admonition that Nvidia doesn't make a card capable of driving it at 60Hz? Or the thing needed to make a Titan Z (with Gsync since it can't keep up with a 295) seem like it is needed in the same way a fire extinguisher isn't needed till a idiot lights a fire in the name of progress?

Technically with G-sync, it doesn't need to keep up with that water heater.

I like my water warm, opposed to getting turtle syndrome both from the price and lack of ability to dissipate heat like the superior water cooling. But hey, if having a eppen means spending 3K on a under-performing uncompetitive card and another grand on a display to justify the price.....you know, whatever floats your boat.

Of course, I keep forgetting the Titan-Z is the only card they sell.
