So I just set up my PC.. It turns on.. all the fans are spinning, the HDD is working and the GPU is working..

But I cant get any video.. How do I know if its working?

I tried plugging it on the motherboard's vga and also on the graphics card but still nothing..

Remove the video card and plug your monitor into the on board video. Does it display then? If so leave the on board plugged in and re install the card. Post. If it is still displaying d/l latest driver for card and install. Turn off pc and reset cable to the card. You may have to enter hardware manager and disable your on board video or set initial display as pci in bios. Let us know if that worked.
Edit: Can you fill in your system specs please.

Hi

vga card blank screen @ Bios?

reseat the vga card
check *8/6 pin power cables are secure [If required]
clear CMOS
check output from PSU

[use minimal hardware setup] out side of the case: PSU, Motherboard, CPU & Heatsink, single stick of memory and *vga card [*If Required] [plug-in keyboard and mouse - boot to bios]
Note: minimal dose not include SSD/HDD Windows or Other; an OS is not required or advisable when testing vga cards

Note: for the best advice from the TPU community, fill in full system specs here include brand names, models and OS
