I have many tubing at home so that wouldn't be a problem, just that where I buy all the components they don't have water blocks for my GPU..I don't see massive amounts of airflow over your VRMs, you have way more than enough cooling capacity, and all it would cost is a couple lengths of tubing, so I'd say go for it. The barbs on the board are 3/8, which it looks like you're already using.
The only downside will be some added flow resistance and it's not really necessary. Resistance will be more than ideal, unfortunately.
