Hi all, I've been keeping money and im keen on upgrading from AIO to custom water loop. My budget plan is at around 500-600, less if possible but not compromising performance and quietness. My CPU is a heater, 69-73deg C on push-pull NF-F12s at 60% fan speed on prime95 (daily use 64deg C 12hrs gaming D3 with reflections and full physics on), this was generally helped by my other heater, the GPU vrms (stock mem clock) which makes 74-76deg C (vrm1)/62-64deg C (vrm2) underload starting at 4hrs D3 gaming and keeps it at the spot.

My main goal is to make my rig whisper silent or more quieter if possible and reduce temps and remove excess vrm temps which heats up the inside of my rig. I currently have an AIO inside my rig and it is just bugging me, when everything is whisper quiet even at the lowest possible setting in the bios and fan xpert (which is 40%), the waterpump is just noisy. it isn't really that noisy but at the dark of the night when im not using any room fan i could hear it. and if i leave my computer on while i sleep it sometimes wakes me up. I could cover up that sound only when nf-f12s are running at full speed or if SP120s are running around 60-70% or fractal design silent case fan is running at full speed.

Current stuff in my rig:
Fracal Design Arc Mini r2
Asus Rampage IV gene (2011 socket)
i7-3960x
Corsair Dominator 4x4Gb
XFX r9-290x Doublle Dissipation on kraken G10 with Noctua NF-B9 PWM
4x Noctua NF-F12s 120mm
2x Corsair SP120 Performance 120mm
1x Phanteks 140mm
2x Thermaltake water 2.0
Swiftech 8way PWM splitter
Kingston SSDnow 2.5inch drive
Seagate 5.25inch drive
Zalman HP1000 PSU dimensions 210(L) x 150(W) x 86(H) mm

*space wise, my arc mini is quite cramped inside with all this stuff especially the PSU which takes most of the bottom space.

I'll follow up the photo of my rig so you guys could check it out and possibly/probably help me with choosing parts, if you've tried please link your rigs photo/vid or if you've seen it please link a photo/vid. Cheers!

This is currently what im thinking of but changes could still be made, if possible all could come from http://www.pccasegear.com/ as I live in Queensland.

EX360 Radiator

XSPC Razor R9 290X/290 Waterblock

XSPC 24pin ATX Bridge Tool

XSPC D5 Photon 170 Reservoir/Pump Combo

XSPC Hose Cutter 0-25mm

XSPC LCD Temperature Display Red V2 + G1/4in Plug Sensor

XSPC RayStorm CPU Waterblock for Intel

XSPC G1/4 Black Chrome 1/2 Compression Fitting V2

XSPC Twin 3mm LED Kit Red

XSPC FLX Tubing Clear UV 1/2ID 3/4OD 2m

Changes could be made, but the razor water block for the GPU though i think its just right, I already have the XSPC back plate installed.

Here's the photo of whats inside the case and how big the case is, fractaldesign said this case could fit a 360 rad at the top, but i wonder if 360 rad is enough for both my CPU and GPU since im going to run it at low fan speeds (40-60% only) for quietness.

Also as you can see my HDD is actually horizontal and in the middle of the bottom of the case next to the GPU. I really need a big help on rearranging things.

I'm still not sure where and how I could put a waterpump and reservoir inside this.

Found this stuff, a while ago http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=23509. Im not sure if this is the same as the mcp655 most people are talking about.

Alphacool VPP655 Single Edition 12V Variable Speed Pump

my question about this are:
"quietness?" says here that the lowest speed was 1800rpm. (my current AIO water cooler is running at 1100rpm and it is still audible.)
"connectors?" im not sure if this is a D5 or DDC and i don't really know the difference between D5 and DDC since im a newbie. But here are the parts that says connector, I'm just not sure which will fit.

Bitspower D5 Clear S Mod Top

Alphacool Laing DDC Acetal Top

XSPC Acetal Top for Laing D5 Multiport

Alphacool Laing DDC Plexi Cover

I'm expecting this much taxing for this custom loop. I still have lots of questions but I'll save it for later when part1 is set already.

Part1 would be The right Pump and pump connector

Part2 would be The right barb and tube

Part3 would be The radiator

Part4 would be The water/fluid

Part5 would be The plan on positioning of Components/Plan for bleeding and maintenance

Part6 would be Collection of all parts

Part7 would be Installation

Part8 would be Tests and Benchmarks

Here's a schematic diagram of my rig, you could put things and stuff on it regarding radiators, reservoir, pump, loops.

2nd picture, i've made a drawing of my water cooling plan. They said reservoir should always be higher than waterpump so i thought this might workout but what are your thoughts? most of the builds that i've seen in youtube have their reservoir almost directly connected to the pump.

I was thinking if the water pump is off and I plan to bleed will this system bleed for maintenance? I pointed in the drawing where I will bleed but where can i find the higher portion where I could open for air to come in?.
