Hi Guys,
I have just got my R9 280X and it comes with Boost clocks of 1100.
Well I've always had cards which had a "speed" none of this Boost stuff, but I've noticed during gaming that my boost clocks haven't kicked in, When I boot windows up and do a Render test in GPU Z it did, but this morning even a Render Test doesn't initiate the boost clock.
any idea?
