I bought the DLCs at the 75% off since I didnt have them. Its too bad it doesn't just give you an extra copy of the game when you do this but $5 for the DLCs isn't bad.

LB: you could get the Last Light Redux when it eventually goes on sale, it will be the equivalent of LL+all the DLCS + some extra stuff.

edit: it still appears to be on sale at 75% off.

The Last Light Complete has all the DLC. The Redux has all the DLC as well. If you want to get the Redux, it's actually cheaper (in the US at least) to buy the original first on sale then buy the Redux with a 50% off loyalty bonus.
