Agreed, I find it cheap and misleading. :shadedshu:. (and not just this card, any recent AMD non-x gpu)

The blame for this fully rests on AMD, not VTX3D. VTX3D has been releasing X-series cards since 2010, well before AMD released its "X" branding. Remember the HD 6970 X-edition?



VTX3D has obviously invested quite a bit of money into marketing their X-edition brand over three years and would have to abandon all their brand equity to make their name less confusing; I can't blame them for not doing it.
