i have cm 690 iii (no window) case.
want to install the D14 but my bays are installed with DVD + Controller + hdd hot swap.
i know the d14 need to get cool air so i wonder if i can install on the roof of the case, one fan that get air in (for the d14), and another one that will get it out.
want to say that i have in the back a 12mm that blow out,
and on the side door i have 23mm that also blow the air out.

EDIT:
remove the exhaust!

I WILL NOT PLACE exhaust ON THE ROOF _ only one intake

Use the 200 fan on the side panel as an intake for those video cards and reverse the rear fan adjacent from the cpu cooler so it sucks in air. All you'll have to do after that is rotate the fans on the cpu cooler so that it effectively turns the cooler 180 degrees. At that point you should have positive pressure in your case with a chamber like airflow design. It will effectively reduce he dust build-up in the case and provide all of your components with fresh cool air

Normally the top fans are exhaust but you can make the fwd one intake and the rear exhaust.
