Why does my computer stuck when i opening my google chrome browser?

I open up my computer and for some reason it stucks on my chrome browser for no reason and after a while it un-stuck is like i am getting the feeling that it overloads my cpu and can't go more,but as you can see on the cpu gadget it doesn't really overload because my pc has the following spects:

8 GB RAM
AMD 3.5 GHZ

I have also installed deep freeze and i don't have a lots programs in my computer i am just keep it simple and clean.

so why is that happening? Is there any chance i have a virus inside of my computer?
Or is it because i am signing to google which i have my accounts saved and bookmarks and stuff like that which it takes time to load and that's why it stucks?

I would look at chrome://extensions/ and try to find a culprit there

if you using deepfreeze your software should be ok except from the last time you open the freeze
have you tried restart it again?

They mean its waking from a sleep state or the delay to read. 5400 or old drive? Fragmented drive? List all your specs. And any major changes you have made like modifying the page file?

Was it working correctly at one point?

and i would like to know what the disk usage is when the stuck happens. It does not hurt if you scan your hdd whit Malwarebytes. And yeah like already said are you using sleep.

windows has a default setting under power management, mechanical drives will power down by default after 15 minutes and run from RAM.

if you have more than one drive, the others may go hours at a time powered down.

when it needs to access that drive (and it may not be obvious why) it will suddenly power back up, and the system will pause while it does so. gets real fun on my server with its ~15 drives.

I have already changed the power management to ~ never is that a problem with that?

was it set that way before the issues started?

in your user CP (control panel) you can fill out your system specs. fill every field.
