Put the reservoir in front of the pump as far as the rest of the loop it's really up to you at that point most cases though you'll want to put the cpu block right right after the pump and the radiator last in the loop so your not sending hot water to your pump

I have update my list above all parts have been ordered should see them next week if EK gets there shit together lol, I'm think of going Res/Pump > CPU > GPU > RAD then back to Res/Pump?

Probably the simplest/best way to do it. Normally as stated its reservoir then pump and after that the order is like you said starting with the CPU and moving on partially for simplicity. You should have one fantastic system once your done with that setup, I just got a 5930K as well and a MSI Gaming 9 board.

Nice :) Yer ill be using a Pump/Res combo so that shouldn't be any problem, Just wish they had my board in stock already the ETA got pushed back was meant to be yesterday. And for some reason i pre-ordered it for $599 AUD and now its been bumped up to $699 one shop even listed it for $715 lol.

first question, why you haven't used AND your old 240 rad?

If I'm not mistaken, your loop now is this: res->pump->gpu->cpu->radiator->res.

That isn't the best way to set your loop.

The first part is easy, res and pump are on the correct place.

After these, you should put either your rad, either your cpu block. If your cpu block gains from high pressure (like swiftech's apogee, check for your block on product page or on reviews) you should put it after the pump and the rad behind them, if not, you should put the rad after the pump and before the cpu block.

then follows the vga block and back to res.

You could also use your old 240 rad and make the loop like this: res->pump->360->cpu->240 (on top)->gpu->res. ;)

One more thought.

I believe that by placing the radiator's barbs on the bottom you have a lot of stuck air on the top side of your rad. :/

Its fine as it is at the moment i haven't overclock it yet but temps stay under 60c on the cpu with low pump speed and fan speed so i have a heap of head room ether way.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
2x120mm rad with CPU and GPU? Heh... what is the point, you are getting air temps at stock!!! You also likely did not load the GPU or saturate the loop so those temps may go up! Needs more rad!!!

Anyway, I have this case and a strikingly similar setup...(X79 and 780ti at the moment).

I put the EK 150 res on top of the 2.5" SSD/HDD cage in the back. The pump sits below the 5.25" bays. The radiator is up top. I went res/pump/cpu/rad/res. I will be adding a 295x2 in the loop and it would then look like... res/pump/cpu/rad/gpu/rad/res.

Remember, for temperatures, loop order does not matter as with a properly radded and flowing loop, the temper differences of the water are negligible.

I'm running a 360mm rad not a 2x120mm , what do you mean by saturate the loop? i have a spare 240mm rad i could use if needs to be whats the best way to stress both cpu and gpu?

360 is better... Would be ok in push/pull.

I mean you need to run stress tests long enough to saturate the loop with heat to get your max temps... At least 30 min.

Use prime95 small fft and loop unigine heaven or valley.

I go Res, Pump, Rad, CPU, GPU, GPU back to Res......

I run one 280 rad with cold air intake and my temps are pretty decent for almost nuclear gear.

Thanks ill try that and see what temps i get, I'm thinking of going SLI 780TI's or SLI 970s unsure whether i should watercool both cards on a 360 Rad, Or just air cool them as i never OC my GPU's?

Well atm mate it looks like the 970 are the go. If you've got the cash mate id water cool the cards. Its a lot of fun and it looks fukn mint! Good experience to bud. ;)

we are suggesting ways to get the MAX out of your watercooling parts.

Its fine as it is at the moment i haven't overclock it yet but temps stay under 60c on the cpu with low pump speed and fan speed so i have a heap of head room ether way.
This isn't an achievement. :/

You could deal with these temps @stock clocks even with stock cooling...

Not likely no stock 780TI would run at 38c under full load bud.

Well i ran Heaven and Prime95 for 30minutes Here are the temps i got over that time with full fan/pump speed. I don't know if my loop will be able to handle a 2nd GTX 780Ti in summer, I really wanted to water cool it as there not matching cards ones has a ACX cooler the other doesn't.
