Battlefield 4 the real deal on cheats

I have played really good players at CS:S, and while not close to as good, being able to follow them after I die confirms they aren't looking through walls and then waiting for others to pop out unless they are camping. I am sure there are players that good, I occasionally go on a streak, and its awesome, you just get used to players doing the same run again and again, so you know where to go.

On the other hand I have seen cheaters, played on servers with them, on many games, and it has almost ruined the online gaming experience so that hacking cheats is almost status quo, which is terrible, its a cancer to the PC community, and one of the reasons some play consoles. I don't think that doing more than showing what the cheats look like and what to look for is going to do the PC community any favors here, instead of accepting that the best you can do is use the most cheats without getting caught we need to rid ourselves of this cancer.

the whole witch hunt mentality toward cheating is THE MOST DAMAGING thing of all it results in nothing but FUD and haxuastions and its been my personal policy to mute/ban the people complaining about the suspected-cheater before ill do anything else
Because in 90% of cases they are x3 more annoying then someone with a aimbot/wallhack especially when they are ignorant xor wrong or just refuse to follow proper procedure

this has been my policy for the 10+ years I have been moderating/admin`ing game servers
anybody that lets there emotions over rule there logic in a fucking video game is scum and not welcome around me or any of my friends people like that are more damaging then a army of aimbotters/wallhackers/what have you

9 times out of 10 "The smeller's the feller". But really this is a BF game.. You can more than likely blame the poor coding... I stopped playing we they showed were one person dies and everyone behind him couldn't be killed/hit... I think they have fix that though.

Erocker, Reayth, MT Alex and I played the other night and we all placed in the top 5 for a few round (Once with me in first place SUCK IT REAYTH!) and none of us cheat and the majority of us hardly ever play to begin with. Not seeing the massive amount of cheating you are talking about. I think the majority is in yer MIND MAN!

any nay sayers in the community making themselves heard are probably hackers themselves and don't want to lose the advantage these hacks have afforded them.

the typical hacker has no skills and cant get more than a kill per round if lucky. this makes the game an exercise in frustration.

they are not prepared to practice to get better or work with others. so they turn to hack sites for help while the exploits work.

this is a temporary situation as each generation of games become successively more difficult to hack.

as awareness spreads this will also become a hot topic for new multiplayer releases.

games are now £59.99 in the uk. I cant see someone buying a soley multiplayer game like bf4 if it is being heavily hacked.

I know I wouldn't of wasted the money. its that feeling inside where im thinking ''I wish I had known'' that is giving me the motivation to post. that and the fact that bf4 was my fav game...

Hey man some people are not good at certain games. Like I really suck at RTS. Maybe FPS isn't your cup of tea. See when someone has a better ping in a FPS and they get the drop on you, you die. Its not really a cheat ya know? Its just they have a better ping and probably more skill. I suggest you might want to try something more slow paced like the Total War series or Star Craft. Good FPS players are a special breed. FPS in general are easy to play but difficult to master. Quake taught me that years ago. Hell if you really want to become GOOD at FPS games I suggest you load up Quake 3. You will SWEAR everyone is cheating but chances are they are not. They are in fact THAT GOOD. Its free on Steam now too! Give it a try and you'll get what I'm saying.

Duuuude why keep going on about hackers when nothing is going to be done about it? Everyone knows people with no skills hack to seem "decent" so there really isn't a point to point out the black circle in the sea of white.

Edit: I don't think anyone disputes that people hack.. It's just hard to believe everyone is hacking that’s better than you. Latency plays a big part of it. Example: you have a 150ping and he/she has a 30ping. If they are any good then more times than none they are going to beat you. Most hackers are obvious hackers.

I think it would be nieve to think people arnt using the hacks created. on the one site pcgamer visited they had a 150,000 strong community.

are those 150,000 all using a hacking site because they want cooking instructions...

youtube is filled with people being cought using the hacks as if that wasn't enough proof...

C'mon now, there's plenty of proof. I know of two popular websites off the top of my head that you can go to now and cheat away.

Thing is, in my entire time playing BF3 and BF4, when there is a hacker, everyone knows about it pretty quickly and you can just choose to play on or find a different server. Since cheats/hacks are pretty much always going to be one step ahead of any countermeasures, it's up the the player base to report cheaters.

Once you're done with your match, got to your battlereport and report the cheater like this:

this is nothing new, these things existed for quake, original CS, etc. Not sure it was a million dollar industry back then but people did pay for them. Shoot you can buy all kinds of trainers for single player games and no one cares. While I get the douchbaggery of doing it in a multiplayer it doesn't matter to me if I get manhandled by hacks or skill I'm still not having a very good time either way. The argument used to always be "dude just spend more time learning to play rather than hacking" I can honestly tell you it's no more fun to get repeatedly killed by someone with too much time on their hands than it is by someone with hacks. No matter what as someone with 4 kids a wife and a full time job to pay for it all, I'm not wasting my time getting manhandled no matter what the cause is. So for me I'll stick to single player and I'm not afraid to admit that I'll use a money cheat. I'm poor in real life, when I role play, I want to be rich!

Yea, not accusing you buddy. I was just saying their are people that call foul when they get beat multiple times by anyone. I agree with you, and know that there is hackers/cheaters out there using cheats. Usually when one pops on, and out scores everyone in a round they usually move on after a round or two. Just to keep the scent off of them I guess... Like erocker said just report them when you see them.
