have you tired lowering the clock speeds or adding more voltage to the card with like MSI Afterburner if the card supports software voltage control?

this psu is dual rail 12v with 18-19A max draw per rail. most likely psu fails to supply enough power for high demand tasks and card crash.
try run video bench with 3d mark or unigen heaven to see if it vga will crash again.
test if it will work with single 12v rail psu

edit:
hmm
there are different models tr-2 600w some are single rail some are dual can you give exact model number of psu

edit:
no problem running enigene. it should be noted that i can roam around in watch dogs or witcher 2 for hours without problem. but when i try to trigger something: like restart from checkpoint or some mission after playing a while, this happens

Look at your "Event Viewer" in the Administrative tools to see if it gives any clues to the crash.

Try lowering the voltage of the card. I use Trixx. I run mine at 1.15 stock is 1.25. Found out it overclocks pretty good at that voltage. 1100 core. Can go higher. That PS looks suspicious too.

then problem is not psu or vga card.
if you can play game for 2 hours w/o problems (heaven works fine too) and the problem come when you try to load then it is rather hdd or mb.
check if hdd cable are conceted properly on both sides. check also smart data of hdd.
do you have smart unabled in bios and do you get smart warnings during startup

if you have bad sectors on hdd you will have problems only with data that is stored to those bad sectors. try to copy saves of witcher 2 and watch dogs to other folder on the disk or other drive. do you get error message during copy process. do you have same problem with all saves for those games or you have it only with particular saves (autosaves).

when you enter in bios go to pc health section and look for option with S.M.A.R.T. in it. set it to enable and restart pc. if your hdd is going south you will see message with s.m.a.r.t. in it during boot and than boot will be interupted. but that is if hdd is really going bad.

no i can load missions fine when i start the game. but if restart a mission or load another after playing for fifteen to thirty minutes, then pc crashes. shouldnt it be an overheating problem?

edit: im thinking that when i run watch dogs/witcher 2 psu is being used 100% and then when it needs some new data, it tries to access the hdd which requires more power and thus the pc crashes. is it possible???

if it was at the edge of the power psu can provide most likely it would crash at some graphic intensive scene rather then hdd read and it would crash at crysis3 too cause it is still the most graphic intensive game atm.
try increase graphic settings in both and see if it will crash during game. try also swap port to which hdd is connected.

Get a new psu and clean that card, a 750 W Seasonic, Corsair, Enermax will do it.

Run unigine valley to check if your GPU is overheating.

Scan your disk for bad sectors to make sure your hard drive is ok.
