Ill be honest I have a small addiction to Diablo 3. What sucks is I'm not very good at it. SO with that being said I am starting a thread to gain feedback on what I should do to make my avatar better. Please feel free to post you own with the same kind of questions. NO FLAMING PLEASE.

Give Whiskybreath a nudge he's good with Crusaders i have barely played them my self. And as you know you always welcome to join us although we are playing none season now as i am not in the mood to search for the crap i already have in none season lol.

Whisky is not a talkative person but he's always willing to help were and when he can.

Another way to find out what you need to be better is to just check the season\non season chars in game to see what they are using and what skills.

I'm right up there with you in my Diablo 3 addiction! 2.1 got me back into it and I've been playing since. For your Crusader I would probably switch to this skill set here http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/crusader#PVYdfQ!afgd!bYbYbY

You'll love Indestructible forever on higher torment difficulties. I would try to finish your Akkhan set first and reroll your boots into Phalanx damage and try to aim for the Unrelenting Phalanx shield with Phalanx damage and eventually the fabled Furnace.

You should be able to craft some Reaper Wraps with Phys/STR/VIT/Crit for now until you can get a pair of Strongarm Bracers with the same stats. The resource regen on the Reaper Wraps helps immensely at times. Also a Stone of Jordan with Physical damage and a Vigilante Belt (a fairly common belt) will help a lot too.

Always try to reroll CDR on whatever you can. I think that includes shoulders, gloves, belt, rings, helm with gem, weapon and shield.

I think that'll be enough to get you started for a few days/weeks

Are you doing seasons? roll another crusader and start running adventure mode in seasons in torment 1 or higher. I got a lot of good stuff for my monk that way, blood shards at the vendor can randomly give good items ie set or legendary.

Just like any other class, There's a lot of builds possible for the crusader, looking at your character, that's pretty nice gears so far, you need to complete either Akhhans or Rolands set, and you can't combine both sets

Akhhans set is more easier cause you already have 4 pieces, so only 1 more + rorg. then you can go either a Phalanx build or a Shotgun build, and imo you should go Shotgun because it's much more easier to complete. you need a Fate of the Fell and a Hellskull, possibly a leoric's crown and a vigilante belt to get more CDR.
CDR is important to crusaders whatever your build is.

Shotgun build is based on Holy Damage so you should stack +holy damage to your gears, like bracers and ring(SOJ), your main skill will be heavens fury so you should stack as much +Heaven's Fury damage as possible

Phalanx build is a great build as well but on the other hand a pain in the ass to grind for, Furnace is very rare and it can be hard to get the right shield rolls, also you might need tasker and theo which is another rare item. There's a good chance you will complete everything in the shotgun build before finding your furnace. unless your lucky

your amulet is great, your gloves could use a better CHD reroll, good gems to use are Mirinae, Bane of the Powerful, and Moratorium

You need a rorg as you already said, farm T6 caches, since the drop rate on t6 cache legs is 100%, so 1-5 caches and there's a good chance you can get a rorg. You also need an SOJ as your other ring, with the right elemental damage bonus(+Holy Damage if shotgun build)

although I quit playing last month nothing much has changed so the gears are still endgame

one last tip: character stats especially damage is deceiving, it doesn't factor everything in it's computation, don't be surprised when you see someone with 800k dps 5m toughness perform a lot better than someone with 1.6m dps and 10m toughness

Sucky part of game, there is only 1-2 builds for each char that work on high levels. Wizard kinda only has one.

Just to make sure you are farming the right spot for it? What seems to work best is just drop to lower difficulty lvl and farm from that seems to not have much less if any drop rate.

T6? If I could I would man. But everyone is running seasons so I have to go solo. I can run T3 without an issue but T4 is just a little much by myself. Never mind T6.

I know. I've been running a shield bash build and I can do over 54 mill on a crit but I'm not very durable right now until I get a full set.

% vs time per run is the thing. If you can you trade maybe a some % chance of drop for a lot faster run maybe even 2-3x times quicker. There is a bonus drop chance with t2 and up but it becomes matter of how long does it take you to run bounties in t2-t3 vs time takes to run it at .

After looking some are saying t1 is only 1.5% chance where t2 jumps to 50% of a ledg drop outta cache. That does seem bit messed up to me

Been there tried that idea as it does work some times how ever you all so got to factor some thing else which is getting nothing at all which i have seen often enough at T3 never mind lower.

Finding stuff try to find a good public high T lvl games were it's pushing your char the most or join T6's and hope you get away with not getting kicked .

I got that "Ring of Royal Grandeur" in T1 run awhile back before the latest patch. I see a lot of higher paragons running T1, tried running a T6 once and got my butt handed to me. lol

you try reading thru this http://d3domination.com/diablo-3-guides/hellfire-ring-farming-guide/ or google hellfire ring/amulet and weed thru those there. Basically you need to make an infernal machine, I found the recipe in a run last week. To make the infernal machine you need 4 keys from the key wardens(certain boss drops) and one additional piece ( I forget the name), Once you craft an infernal machine, it provides a portal to uber bosses, a pairing of 2 bosses to fight and then they may drop "body parts" to craft the hellfire ring or amulet. Or so my understanding of it goes. I believe I have 2 keys and the 1 piece so I just have to find other 2 keys.


same goes for rest of tpu here if you want to add me as a friend VooDooAle #1343 it is always fun to run with friends or people you know so you can concentrate on things like this or some other side quest.

Ingredients ?, all you have to do is collect the keys ( boring as hell ) and go act 2 for the recipe, if your on about the staff screw that as it's pointless as whimsy is.
