Advice on my new build

I'm currently gathering various components for my new PC.
Up until now I bought these:

GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC
Case: NZXT H440

Now the rest of the build will be something like that:

CPU: i5 1150 socket.
Are the differences between i5-4460, 4570, 4590 important?
They are in the same range (18€ difference) and I wonder if getting the 4590 would make any difference in practice.
Have in mind that I'm not interested in OC.

PSU: Cooler Master G650M or XFX Pro Series 650W
I believe it will be enough, any opinions on them?

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Red Series (2X4GB) DDR3 1866MHZ
I suppose 8GB will be enough. Again any advice would be nice.

Motherboard: I won't be overclocking so I'm looking at H97 mobos.
Ι need wi-fi access so I'm looking for a motherboard with wlan abilities.
However, many people told me that I should just get a separate adaptor in order to have more options.
So, I'm looking at ASROCK H97M for wi-fi but also at other Asrock H97s like the H97 PRO4 or the FATAL1TY.
I don't have any clue about the differences, so any help would be appreciated.

Also one last question. If I could spend a bit more on what would you think it would be worth it?
A better CPU/PSU/moar RAM/MOBO or maybe something else like another SSD with more storage?

GPU: Your choice. This is fine.

Case: Your choice, again.

CPU: Get 4570. No need for "K" variant as you wont be overclocking.

PSU: Bad choices. I dont know where you live, so cant guide. Two extremely good brands are Corsair and SeaSonic. 500W is fine. 80+ Gold minimum. I do prefer Platinum. No need for 600 or 650.

RAM: Save money and get the simple ones. Corsair Value Series 8x2 is my suggestion.

Motherboard: Your choice. No need for built in WiFi. Plenty of good WiFi adapters available. I can be a major help you in this area (depends where you live). ;)

Extra moeny?. SSD without a shadow of doubt. Everything else comes later.

I thought K models are for OC, am I wrong?
There is a price difference here of around 50€ for the cheapest i5 K.

I'm in Greece. I believe the XFX PSUs are made by SeaSonic, I'm sure I read that many times. I don't mind getting a bigger PSU as I don't know my future needs. I don't mind the price difference in PSU as these have 5-year warranty and they may be kept for another upgrade.

Any advice on motherboard would be nice, because I don't have any clue so I don't have a choice either :p
I also thought an SSD would be the way to go for the extra money.

The difference between 4570-4590 is indeed 2-3€, my question is if the difference between these CPUs and the 44xx is worth the 18€. So 4460 at 172€ or the 4590 at 190€?

Will getting the 1866MHz RAM have any impact for the future? I mean I know it won't reach 1866 on this build, but do you think it is worth it just to have in case I upgrade later on or will it be obsolete by then?

K models tend to have a different clock compared to non k.

4590 gives you +400mhz in turbo clocks how this will translate in performance improvement depends on the apps. 18euro isnt not so big difference so for me yes it is worthy.
only intel cpus that can run ram higher then 1600 are socket 2011v3 cpus but they run ddr4 not ddr3. intel's ddr3 cpus dont benefit from ram with higher then 1600 clocks. no matter if you use 1866 or 3000 ram there wont be performance difference.
ddr3 is dead end. it will last you till you decide to change cpu (with 4570/4590 that easily could be 3-5 years). upcoming intel cpus will be with ddr4 support only or if there are new cpus for older sockets their performance improvements wont worth asked price (if you already own haswell)

Great answer, so I'll just get the 1600MHz RAM and I'll be fine.
I know 18€ is not that much, but if you get 5-6 components saving 20 Euros from each one will make a difference at the end. I'll probably get the 4590 though.
Now, about the Motherboards. I saw your pick in the build above. Can you explain to me (with the same nice way you did about RAM and CPU) if it is worth to give more money for an Asrock Fatal1ty or an Asus Pro Gamer etc. Are the expensive H97 MoBos worth their price difference? In this case it's not just 18 Euros, it can be 40-50 Euros.
Thanks for your time.

no unless you are planing to go sli/sf. those boards has 2 pciex16 slots which you need if you are going for sli/cf. other features like killer lan and audio doesnt worth price difference.
in your case the only thing that worth price diff is to get atx instread of matx mb so you have bigger distance between wifi adapter and gpu. this way wifi card wont block air for the gpu.
but you can get usb wifi stick instead of pcie wifi card and then you can get matx mb. if your router and you pc wont be in one room it will be better to get pcie wifi with antennas for better signal.

So ASRocks board are great budget overclocking boards. Your not Overclocking. ASRock other features are just so so. I would go Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS for the H97. You will get a better all around board.

Thank you guys. Your input helped me a lot.
I believe I'm almost ready to order most of the parts.
The last one will be the SSD.
