id turn on DFC at double your refresh, 450 is rediuculous, im surprised you aren't getting coil whine at that speed.

That may be why you are gliching.

combined with triple buffering, it should help even out the spikes

ok that actually helped i had around 260 fps when i started, any more options i could add? it stil glitched but def my most stable game in awhile, i put on vertical synce in game options

v sync will lock to your monitor's refresh, unless you want to be locked at 60fps, dont use it.

since its a low resource game, turn off vsync, and set dfc to 120, assuming your monitor is a 60hz refresh, also set TB to 60hz

That will cap your fps at 120, and buffer the FPS drops...

the monitor is 144 refresh rate, how would that change the numbers?

The fps now cant move so its going from 120-119 which is a massive improvement, the game itself is now just jumping lol. Its alot better i really feel its on riots end,thier is a thread in their forum with like 60 pages of people with the same problem and the same cards.

Mine is not having that issue and I am playing League on 3 290X's (Though only 1 gets used when I play) but I am also playing at 4K 60FPS. It maybe an issue directly with such a high refresh rate so I would suggest turning it down a bit more to like 80 or 60 and see what happens.

You sure that lack of responsiveness isn't a network issue?

Are you still not having any issues ? The issue started before when i was running a normal 60hz monitor

Issue came before the new monitor, it just happend to work perfectly for a few days when i upgraded oddly

Hey again sorry for anyone i didn't reply to until today, i sort of just gave up because the problem still not solved and everyday their are more threads about it on the league forum. However my friend noticed something that could
be important so i thought i would share it here.

When i am in game of league one of my cores is alwasy 80+ 3x-4x more that the other cores . It switches between cores but one is always alot higher going upwards to 95% load. I just tested this on skyrim with all my mods
and the 4 cores were basically all the same around 20-50. I attached how it looks, appreciate any thoughts on this

While reading on core parking i seen that some games set affinity certain games so i set affinity to core no1 (the core that is highest the most) and now im seeing it like this

No issues on my end at 1080p 60hz or 2160p 60hz. It actually has been just fine lately other than some issues with the chat system that seems to be a bit buggy lately. Though if you are running at to high an FPS I have heard it can cause some glitching so you may want to look into limiting it with Vsync or the FPS limiter in-game to see if that helps.
