So I am having USB flash drive and it looks lite it doesn't want to work. It is possible to see it via device manager. However via disk manager it doesn't.

Is there any ability to repair it?

I had a similar problem some time ago, I did manage to get it back up and working, if I remember correctly after lots of heartache I uninstalled then re-installed my USB drivers and rebooted and it worked, can't say that will solve your problems but wouldn't hurt to try. I did have separate USB specific drivers though for my motherboard, I think some boards have the drivers integrated within the chipset drivers.

Other flash stick works properly. Also I have tried it on laptop and it was same. So I guess that problem isn't related with drivers

BTW it is specs of my old system. Now using Z87 Extreme 4/ Z97 Sabertooth Mark1

The only time I've seen windows 7 not install USB controller drivers is for usb3.0 ports. Also the SM bus controller driver that you are missing is part of the Intel Chipset drivers.

Windows can run ok without them, but I always prefer that my computer knows how to operate all attached devices.

I don't know how this would help unless he wasn't able to see the flash drive in device manager.
