difference between GigaByte GV-R928XOC-3GD rev 3.0 vs rev 2.0 ??

I just saw that GigaByte launched, or will launch a new hardware revision for this card: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5266#ov
does anyone know the difference between the two? I'm quite interested in this because I want to sent my rev 2.0 to RMA, it has stability issues (have to cut 20Mhz from GPU clock) and the familiar screen jumping while switching 2D freq

In my experience they don't respond to email. Tweak town is the host of their "official" US forums.

it's not e-mail, it's their official tech support
if they don't respond in a week or so, I have nothing else to do than go to the vendor where I bought it and let them deal with the RMA process

check the card on another PC - cant'
check with another card - already did, with 2 others
sent it warranty
