Looking to build gaming computer.

Hello everyone,
I am new here, and i am looking to get some much needed advice on building my first gaming machine. I have been researching and pricing. I feel i find something, and mark it to buy and find something better. So i am here to see what you pros suggest i buy for what i am wanting. I will be using this computer for gaming primarily, and video/music editing. im wanting to use the Thermaltake VP40031w2N black atx liquid cooled tower. I will be running dual monitors, would also like to know what you guys think would be the best monitors to run side by side for this gaming set-up. I would like to keep this build under 1500. Any help would be appreciated, parts lists would be even better lol. Thanks in advanced.

Where are you located?

By the way, I see you're going with a DIY watercooling kit. If this is your first build I would keep it simple and go with air cooling or an All-in-One water cooler.

I am located in the us, I was only going with the liquid cooled because I had never played with it. If the air cooled will do just as good if not better I'd probably just go with that.

choose a better case if you want to do real custom water cooling, otherwise just run an AIO like NZXT x31/61

My biggest problem is figuring out what is going to be in the computer i;e the mother board, cpu, video cards. all that jazz.

I will always ask what are you using it for and what is the resolution of your monitor. For 1080p (1920x1080) then a 4690k and a 970 (hell a 770/R9-280X) are pure gold. The 4790k adds hyperthreading which will generally alleviate the CPU being bogged down, and/or help with the editing you plan to do. However, if you want to spend (I'm not kidding) and extra $250 then a 5820K with X99 will destroy those editing tasks. However with $1500 being the budget I don't see this being to plausible.
