GTX 650 Artifacting

Hello everyone, recently i bought an GTX 650 and started playing games like Battlefield 3, Skyrim, MW3... Things like that happens when i push the card w/ High Settings

In Battlefield and Mw3 happens the same thing that happens in this video:

Tried using older drivers and nothing, im currently using 344.75

My PC Specs:

i5 3330S
2x 4GB 1333mhz Ram memory
Mainboard H61M-K
PSU: Seventeam ST-420BKV-03F

Re-seat motherboard RAM -Test {vga card} with System memory one stick at a time / test with a new stick if have one laying around

Test vga card in another pc/system [*If same] *Return the card to the retailer/e-tailer or raise an RMA with the manufacturer if card is still in warranty

Note: It is rare, looks like the VRAM or VRam buffer [*VRAM Buffer uses system memory]-[*this may be the issue]

If this is a brand new card, RMA it.

If it is an old out of warranty card, try the [H] oven baking thread.

Bought a new PSU, its working better now, BUT, experienced some artifacts in Skyrim, starting to think its drivers

That screenshot is classic gpu failure.

Install MSI AB and lower the gpu mem speed. Does that cure it?

No, lowering the gpu mem speed doesnt have effect, and this happened today

Is motherboard Bios up to date? [*If Yes] what version
Running any over clock [*If Yes] *set the system to stock while testing

did test the system?

remove the vga card and system memory

reseat the vga card

reseat the system memory; place one stick 4GB of memory in DIMM_1 and then test with games [test each stick or Ram one stick at a time]

Note: vga cards VRAM Buffer shares system memory

Whoa, I'm not sure what to say about that. Are you sure you are getting a different card each time? Those artifacts are typical gpu failure, like I said. You downclocked the gpu vram, how about downclocking the gpu core? Is this a OC model? (From the data dump, it doesn't seem to be an OC model.)

All the Point of View GTX650 showed artifacts, as i said before, this is the third one. Yes, the bios is up to date (last version from http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H61MK/HelpDesk_Download/ ). Not the RAM, tried to do what you said; No errors detected in MemTest86 too.

Yeah, it is.

honestly if those cards are bad after 3 times, I'd say your os is shot, drivers are shot, the motherboard needs a bios update and that psu is in question.

Otherwise take the cards back and get your money back and go with a different dirstributor

Well obviously theres a problem with your machine. I already stated possible causes. Also ive heard of certain monitors not playing nice

Return the card, and try a different brand / model altogether. Bad batch of OC cards. If you downclock the GPU (not just the vram) it may work.

Problem was my motherboard

That's a new one on me, for that kind of artifacting. Glad you got it sorted out! I would have expected a motherboard <-> gpu issue to result in crashes / hard-locks / reboots.
