Bricked Powercolor HD 5450 after BIOS update attempt

Hi.

Few days ago I flashed an overclocked Sapphire BIOS that had all the frequencies maxed out using ATIWinFlash. Yep, a Sapphire overclocked BIOS on my Powercolor HD 5450 1 GB GDDR3. Why? Because I'm plain stupid. Whatever, the process worked fine, but after the reboot a get this strange image on the screen: http://i.imgur.com/4rYi6z8.jpg
And it's not only that, it can't boot in Windows, the HDD indicator remains turned off. Also, I made a DOS stick (using onboard graphics card) with the original BIOS and ATIFlash. Guess what? I can't even boot into DOS, the USB stick activity indicator remains turned off and I don't think it booted up into it, that while on the screen I get that strange image. Using IGP (onboard graphics) everything is working fine. What is the problem? How a bricked graphics card stops booting into Windows or DOS stick? Or doesn't it? I don't have other external graphics card and not even another PCI-E slot. I tried flashing it back using Windows on IGP, but ATIFlash says: Adapter not found. Is it possible that my mobo disable the PCI-E slots while using IGP?

Does somebody know any fix? I'll really appreciate it. Thank you in advice!

Thanks for reply. But I don't know exactly what is the BIOS chip, because on the card are plenty of them.

Should be Pm25LV010 on the surface of the 8pin chip is inscribed/printed with its datasheet reference number [dot next to pin 1 with arrow pointing at it]

I can't find an img of your card that will show the chip you will need to post a hi res img of the back of the card so we can read the # on the chips or see if you can find a chip with Pm25lv010 or Pm25l XXXX

So if I short those pins I will not get that weird image? Because that's what prevents me from booting into DOS USB stick.

so screen is corrupted while using igp? [*If no] use this to boot to DOS

Note: shorting pin 1 & 8 will allow the adapter to be found / will still need to flash the original vbios image back to the HD 5450

No, using IGP I can boot into Windows, I can boot into the DOS and so on. The problem is when I connect the bricked card. After I press the power button it shows that image instantly and my PC seems to freeze, it doesn't boot into Windows because the HDD leds are off, it doesn't boot into DOS because the stick light is off and I can't even go into the BIOS with the bricked card.

BTW, I found the BIOS chip, it has a red dot on it. But I have no idea how can I short those tiny pins.

Just send the card back or buy another and NEVER FLASH A VGA BIOS UNLESS IF INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY THE CARD MAKER.

I will upgrade my whole PC in few months since this is almost 4 years old. However, until then I kinda need to fix this card if I can.
