Haswell Refresh i5 + 750ti? You're looking at a whole 150W of usage there. A good quality Sea Sonic or SuperFlower 200-250W would do the trick

If you're in the US you can get a Corsair CX500 refurb with a 3yr warranty for $35 w/free shipping or a new Antec VP 450 for $40 (both from Newegg)

Both good choices for a ~~cheap~~ well priced psu with good reviews imho...

I hate ever seeing "cheap" and "power supply" in the same sentence. It seems that saying/typing those 2 words together just invokes some sort of terrible curse. Buy the highest quality power supply you can afford, and one that will give you some breathing room for additional components. It's helpful to use a online power supply calculator, and project what you may end up having in your system a few months down the road.

^^^ This.... remembering of course that in most circumstances the lower power your drawing the lower the efficiency is and therefore it's actually costing you more at the wall as well as those extra $ for the higher rated unit.

cheap PSU, last time I tried to save some money and got a cheap ass PSU 2 HDD and a 775 mobo died, I tried a rosewill 700w 80+ PSU… so Rosewill stuff never! at least for me…

Refurbish PSU? I don’t think so …

That there is a SuperFlower unit.
The 5v regulation is kinda hit or miss..

Just to clarify on those Corsair refurbs..... these are not 90 day warranty psu's. They carry at least a 1yr Corsair warranty (most are 3 or 5yr warranty units). Most of the models I've seen listed are those that you don't typically see listed anymore such TX, CX, and HX units... many of which are being phased out by newer models RM, CXM, CSM, etc... my take is that these are new EOL units supplied by Corsair to clear out whatever stock they have left.

I picked up a refurb HX650 (Gold rated, Seasonic oem- G series unit) with a 5yr warranty for $55 a few months ago and it has been running perfectly since I got it. I would usually pass on a refurb psu but these are definitely worth a look- would I buy another one? Definitely!

that’s a fact I didn’t know about them, kinda curious , my first TR2 was 430W, it provide enough power to overclock an intel e8400 [replaced with Q9300], feed a GTX 460 & GTX 550ti also some HDD and Fans…. it was completely abused during 3 years…

Silverstone SFX 300 Watt Bronze PSU

Its small, will handle your system nicely, and good quality at a decent price. May not be the cheapest around but it will suffice your needs if I am understanding correctly. Plus it has a 6 pin in case you get one of the GTX 750ti's that need a 6 pin.

I usually recommend one of those XFX ones 450 or 550w whichever is cheaper. Not haswell ready so would require disabling deep sleep states, but really doesn't matter on a desktop.

Yes but I had heard space was partially an issue so I suggested this for its small size. Its good for situations when space is an issue. There are other cheaper options out there if space is not an issue like the CX 430 which is pretty cheap and a lot of times on sale for pretty cheap.
